Abstract

The aim of this study is examine the impact between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction to job performance. This study is using survey from PT Bank BII Maybank Indonesia Tbk Secured Loan division Asia Afrika Bandung, and used 64 people from secured loan division as respondent. Also, all data can be used. The outliers, validity, reliability, descriptive statistics and verificative statistics tests were conducted before hypothesis was tested. The linier regression analysis was used to examine the hypothesis.The result shows that emotional intelligence and job satisfaction have impact to job performance in PT Bank BII Maybank Indonesia Tbk Secured Loan Division Asia Afrika Bandung of 63.84%, while the rest 36.16 % influenced by other variable. Based on the results of studies there are some advice to improve employee performance .The emotional intelligence be better if focus to motivate employees and do morning breafing. Gave directions in the point of view of customers. Clear the rewards and pusnishment to increase again variable satisfaction work. Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses para mahasiswa menjadi entrepreneur yang memulai usaha sejak menjadi kuliah dengan segala keterbatasan baik modal, keterampilan, dan pengalaman dibidang bisnis. Untuk memulai bisnis tidak mesti menunggu seselai wisuda (sarjana), proses tersebut bisa dimulai saat masih kuliah, sehingga bisa melahirkan para sarjana yang bisa membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Deskriptif untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara para entrepeneur bisa memulai dan menjalankan usaha sejak masih kuliah di Bandung dan Kab. Bandung dengan segala tantangan yang harus mereka hadapi.

Abstract

The investment aims to take an advantage in the future where the expected value in investing this time will increase in the future. Since 1998 the capital market in Indonesia have showed the ups and downs that exhilarating, especially after the Government issued a variety of deregulation the deregulation of capital markets sector in particular. The capital market has become one of the benchmark of a country's economy that would be a consideration of investors in investing.Research objectives this time is to find yield investment of a contract option on of share of PT HM Sampoerna tbk , Bank mandiri tbk and PT Gudang Garam tbk for the period of 1.2 and 3 months 2011 until 2013 using the strategies long straddle positions this research expected can be used as consideration investors in invest in share market especially by using contact option . the analysis used a writer looking for the value of the premium call and put with use the model black scholes pricing model .After getting the value of the premium call and put , then writer looking for yield of investment doneThe conclusion that obtained from research this time was the result of yield an option contract stock shares pt hm sampoerna tbk , pt bank mandiri tbk and pt gudang garam tbk for an extended period of time 1.2 and three months the period until 2013 2011 can give an advantage to investors with the criteria stock prices rallied in fluctuates during the the period of an option .

Topik studi ini menjelaskan sinkronisasi perencanaan pembangunan kabupaten Bandung Barat sesuai dengan visi dan misi daerah, sinergitas perencanaan pembangunan sektor publik, evaluasi perencanaan pembangunan berdasarkan alokasi dana pemerintah pusat dan daerah periode 2013 – 2015. Stakeholder memegang peranan penting dalam perencanaan dan evaluasi, dalam hal ini adalah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bandung Barat untuk melaksanakan evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala dengan pembahasan tentang target yang sudah atau belum tercapai maupun program kegiatan sudah sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja dan Renstra yang telah ditetapkan.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to understand the description of the industrial relations climate at the enterprise-level from the point of view of unionized workers. Unit of analysis is the entire population unit consisting of 58 groups of unionized workers at enterprise-level unions (SP-TP) that affiliated with SPSI, SPN, SBSI and SBSI 92 in garment enterprises in Bandung Raya. The obsevation unit involved 58 SP-TP leaders. The method used is descriptive survey (exploratory survey) through cross sectional tabulation table to data collected from interview, observation and questionnaire. The results show that generally, the industrial relations climate has not been conducive. The implications of this study contribute to the industrial relations climate literature conceptually and empirically. In addition, practical implications become learning materials for companies and unions in an effort to create conducive industrial relations in the company.
